Before Arrival

-International Arrival

On arrival in China at the first stop, do NOT open the cabin door until you get a gesture from ground people as it should be strictly observed by immigration officers.

-Crew & Passenger Visas

Please ensure that all crew members have secure valid crew visa (category C)prior to arrival China. Passengers must also secure valid China visa (any type of visa except category C).

Both operator and handler will be fined if any crew or passengers are found without visa (or hold invalid visa) on arrival. Anyone arriving without a valid visa will be detained or possibly deported. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problem s applying for the crew visas at the embassy/consulate.

API declaration and general declaration

-API (Advanced Passenger Information)

The China regulation has been implemented as of May 1, 2008. All inbound flights must pre-declare immigration.

Operators must submit an accurate crew and passenger manifest to immigration at least 2 hours prior to the ETA, or 40 minutes prior to the ETA if the inbound flight time is within 2 hours. China immigration requests that these documents be submitted in advance of the proposed flights and kept on file.

Please take a moment to review the following China immigration requirements.

Crew and passenger detail information listed below must be exactly the same.

o Full name (as shown in the passport)

o Nationality

o Gender

o Date of birth

o Passport number (the one with the China visa)

o Passport expiration date

o Party identifier (crew or passenger)

Any incorrect information or delayed declaration will result in a severe fine. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a copy of the above API declaration format.

Failure to do the above may result in a fine of RMB 10,000-30,000.
